Regulations relating to the protection of personal data

The personal data that the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism collects are treated confidentially in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (General Data Protection Regulation) and in Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of the Digital Rights.

Rights of interested persons

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation about the processing of their personal data by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.

The interested party can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of their data, of limitation and opposition to their treatment, as well as not being the subject of decisions based solely on the automated processing of their data, when appropriate, before the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, through the postal address Paseo de la Castellana 160 - 28071 - Madrid, or at the email address dpd@mincotur.es.

The interested party can exercise their right to claim before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, at the postal address C / Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, or through the following link. Prior to submitting such a claim, you can contact the Data Protection Delegate, in accordance with article 37.1 of Organic Law 3/2018.

Data Protection Officer (DPD)
