Due to the situation caused by the evolution of COVID-19, the face-to-face activity of the registry office is suspended. The Electronic Registry will continue to operate under the usual conditions.
From September 16 to June 15
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
From June 16 to September 15
Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (except the month of August that will remain closed).
Presentation of writings and communications in the Ministry Records.
In order to comply with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the Instruction of the Undersecretariat has been published in which the following instructions are issued:
First. Writings, requests and communications in paper format from the persons and entities referred to in article 14.2 of law 39/2015 may not be admitted or collected in the records of this Ministry.
Second. In the event that any natural or legal person referred to in the aforementioned article submits a request, written or paper-based documentation, either in person or by mail, they will be informed that the presentation must be made through means electronic In such case, the date on which the presentation was made by such electronic means will be considered as the date of submission, in accordance with the provisions of article 68.4 of law 39/2015. Such writings must be submitted on the Electronic Registration Website.
Third. In the case of submission of writings, applications and communications on paper support by natural persons acting in a “representative” condition and not included in any of the cases of article 14.2 of law 39/2015, it will be required as indispensable requirement for admission the representation accreditation by means valid in law (power of attorney or document with identification and signature of representative and represented).
