Complaints and suggestions
The procedure for complaints and suggestions applies exclusively to demonstrations of dissatisfaction of citizens with the services provided by the ministry of industry and tourism. More information on complaints and suggestions.
Requests for information accessible and complaints about accessibility
Complaints relating to compliance with the requirements of the Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 september on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sectorand requests for information relating to content that are excluded from the scope of application or exempt from compliance with accessibility requirements by imposing a disproportionate burden.
  • Requests for information accessible and complaints shall be submitted and recorded in accordance with the requirements provided for in law 39/2015, of 1 october, of Common Administrative Procedure of the public authorities.
  • Received requests for information accessible and complaints, the entity bound must respond to the person concerned within 20 working days.
  • After the time limit to resolve without the response has notified the application of information accessible has not been accepted or that the complaint has not been considered.
  • In the case of failure to reply or disagreement with the decision taken, we can open a claim to be answered in a maximum period of two months.
  • Against the resolution of such claim may be administrative remedies, as appropriate, in accordance with article 112 of law 39/2015, of 1 october 2015.
