Complaints and suggestions

Important

The procedure for complaints and suggestions applies exclusively expressions of dissatisfaction of citizens with the services provided by the ministry of industry and tourism.

For other types of grievances, opinions or informal, you can use the following forms:

Letters of services

Letters of services are the instrument through which organs, bodies and entities of the General state administration in informing citizens and users on services under their responsibility, on their rights in relation to those and on quality in the delivery.

Complaints and suggestions

Presentation forms

The complaints and suggestions of the citizens will indicating name, surname and the way in which you wish to make the communications, with the data necessary for the purpose (address, email address, etc.), and shall be signed.

In person and by mail

You can fill in the following form, print it and present by the registrar General, in any other recording of the administration, post offices and in any of the places specified in article 16 (4) of law 39/2015, of 1 october, of Common Administrative Procedure of the public authorities.

Through electronic means

Complaints and suggestions presented by electronic mail or via the Internet must be subscribed to the electronic signature.

In the case if the procedure for complaints and Suggestions, UQS will provide citizens with response within 20 working days informing them of the actions undertaken and, where appropriate, of the measures taken.

Article 19 of the royal decree 951/2005 of 29 july, which establishes the general framework for improving the quality in the General state administration. Complaints in accordance with the provisions of this royal decree will, in any case, the characterization of administrative appeal or submission interrupted the deadlines set in the current regulation. These complaints do not hinder in any way the exercise of the remaining actions or rights that, in accordance with the rules and regulations of each procedure, to exercise those who consider themselves to be interested in the proceedings.
